I had a problem with first premier bank(and who hasn't) a few years ago. I wrote to the BBB which happened to forward it to the banking commission in S.D. They then got ahold of first crapier who folded. The funny thing is in the letter they sent me F.P. stated it was not their fault and they were generously doing as I asked. Be still my beating heart.
