your fine , your past statue of limitations in florida for them to win a suit , fla's SOL on credit cards debt is 4 years and your now past that .. simply send the crooks a certified return reciept request letter costs like 5 dollars telling them "STOP ALL ACTIONS IDENTIFYING THE DEBT - DO NOT SELL GIVE OR TRADE TO OTHERS" .. once the crooks get that becouse their simply just crooks trying to ripp you off on an out of state debt they'll go away only to prey on others that do not know their rights under both florida & federal laws ....... good luck , kel ........
