tell ya what i'd do since your CLOSE to SOL with threats from them with only 6 weeks before SOL has passed becouse fla's SOL IS 4 years & 12 / 98 will of course be 4 years in 6 more wks .. id wait until late next week ( this is to by time & right now EVERYDAY counts because SOL is close ) than i IN WRITING crrr ask for them to PLEASE validate the debt , be kind & sweet as pie in the letter .. this will buy you at least 20 - 40 days in time than whether or not IF they validate the debt or not the 1st week in january ( ONLY IF YOUR 100 % POSITIVE SOL IS UP IN LATE DECEMBER ) send them a certified return reciept requested letter to the CROOKS in writing ONLY saying , STOP ALL ACTION IDENTIFYING THE DEBT - DO NOT SELL GIVE OR TRADE TO OTHERS .. once they get that they'll move on to other prey & easier targets that dont not know of their rights under both florida & federal laws .. just my opinion but good luck , kelly .........
