If you get your Experian report it should show the date it is scheduled for removal. Deduct 3 years & 1 month from that figure, and you will get the correct SOL. OR if you have any records that indicate your last payment date to the ORIGINAL CREDITOR you can use that as the starting date of your 4 year Fl. SOL for credit cards. If you go to my website, linked below,you will find an appropriate "SOL" letter to send.The correct Fl. Statutes for that letter are also listed under "Florida".
