I think that I was not clear with my previous
response, I have a bill in my hand from the
original debtor with a 2/17/02 due date.On that
bill it shows that I have a past due amount
from the previous bill. So, I think that my
last payment without late charges,etc. was a
few months before that, but I am not sure.
So,at least as of 2/02, my account was still
with Shell Mastercard from Chase. I know that
I have paid something to Chase within the last
12 calendar months.

I am also going to request a credit report.

The first call I received from PDI was in late
July. I had not been contacted by any other CA
prior to that. My first payment was in August
then another in September, and another in
October. We ran into difficulty with the
November payment, and that is what has started
PDI's threats.
