Likely, they'd be on your credit report. Two suggestions I can make. First, contact the county courthouse where you've lived and see if any are on file. Many, have online access.
Also, there are more than 3 CRA's. Try this one. www.dolaninformation.com. This is a CRA and is a repository of negative information. I don't know if they've online access but, they do have a procedure to order a report.
