restarting SOL in Florida

Could someone please help me find exactly what would restart the SOL on credit card debt in the state of Florida? Could talking to colletion agency employees
about possibility of bankruptcy or sending a letter to original creditor trying to work out payments restart it? I have not made a payment just curious about other things. I believe I am past SOL and would like to send Why Chat's SOL letter to OSI just kinda scared of making them mad. Thank you!!!
