Purchased a time-share from WestGate, secured by a note, Orlando Fla.in 1999.
Retired in year 2000, lost over half my retirement in the market due to Corp CROOKS. I 'am three months arrears on payments, made a payment last month. Received a collection letter from PINNACLE Recovery, INC, CARLSBAD, CAL for $29,000.00 Why did they use a CA in CA? I live in the state of Indiana
