I am confused-- exactly WHAT is your problem? ARE you being reported by Pinnacle? Westgate like all other timeshare developers does not keep their own financing, they discount it to someone else, probably in Cal. Do you plan to catch up and KEEP this timeshare? Do you plan to see if you can resell it? LOTS of brokers on the internet for that. I thought you might be worried about a deficiency judgment,so I looked THAT up, a far as I can tell you cannot be hit with a deficiency claim if they foreclose.
