why chat, 4 years ago i suffered severe brain damage. i do the best that i can. im sorry that im not as smart as you. i cant afford an attorney so im trying to do the best i can on my own. can you please tell me which icon to click on at your site that will clearly state regardless of where the creditor is located my state, california, will be the one to determine the sol. I was told by one collection agency that if the main creditor sells it, than yes california's 4 year sol will take affect. If they dont sell it, then I need to look on the back of my original agreement that I signed and it should state which state law will apply. As I said, it says, Rhode Island law will apply if i decide to use this credit card. Its a contract, I signed it. Didn't I? What does it mean then that Rhode Island law will apply?
Please dont refer to me as stupid. I feel im always being laughed at for my disabilty. Im not stupid.. thank you for your help
