Hi Why Chat...I was hoping you would give me some advice...They sent the offer in writing and I will get out my counter offer at 40%...they gave me a deadline of 12/22...I hope something happens fast because my wife is stressing out over the phone calls...they call at least 5-7 times a day...oh well, I guess that is part of the whole credit experience.

The letter I send them will be short/sweet,,,any other suggestions or just a good luck?
