The lady he spoke with at the CA told him if he doesn't show up with the 3,000.00 or a 250.00 down payment not to bother to show up at all. She said they would submit again and he would be served papers again and if he still didn't have the money or payments then he would be put in jail. This is what she told him when he asked what would happen if he didn't have the money when he showed up.
