Can you point me to a FDCPA rule that I can quote when replying to them? I would like to point out to them that they are in violation, and that I know it. This is their first written communication. Their first verbal communication was about 6 weeks ago. I believe this is another violation? Don't they have to provide written notice within 5 days of their first contact?

Thanks so much!
