Dear LadynRed & NH Legal Mind You are veritable fonts of wealth. Do you mean that if a CA sends a letter demanding payment in full - which usually is a multiple of the original debt claimed - in their initial letter advising you of the thiry day validation period, that that is yet another violation?
Make my day. Any particlars? This is exactly what F.A. Management Solutions and a bunch of other CA's in fact do.
