When my dad had heart surgery, I blew out of here and honestly forgot my MBNA Visa payment Due AUG 26. They called my cell on 27SEP and I made both payments over the phone right then. Guess what... yep big ol past 30 reported on CRs. since it's recent it weighs more. I tryed to work with Customer Service but no way. They give standard line of its the law..accurate reporting etc..
