The letter is good but for me it wont apply.... these wont be paid off and obviously they are mine as they have sent the records showing this.... After reading thru what they have sent me all my medical info was obviously released to the CA.... the printout tells me everything on it about me and my childrens visits to the doctors what we had if anything and what tests were ran etc..... WOW alot of that i dont even remember..... I never realized that my medical records would be realeased to a collection agency.. scary... Anyway again there is no place that shows my Signiture and that letter Only applies if the information is Inaccurate or if i am sending payment in full which is nether.....
