Did you send the first letter Certified RRR ? Have you gotten the green card back yet ? File a complaint with the FTC. Send these morons an intent to sue letter and in it also mention the case or reference number you get for your FTC complaint. Don't give them much time - a few days from receipt of your letter, to cease and desist or you file. Also contact your state AG's office and file a complaint there as well. There are some great intent to sue and 'nutcase' letters on creditnet.
