Here is how I would deal with the situation. I'd start by pulling all three of my credit reports. #1 and #2 should be gone by now. As far as #3 goes if it was still on my reports, I'd dispute the account with the credit bureaus as "not mine" after first removing all my former addresses.

If that didn't work, I'd come back to the board and ask how to take it from there.
