car collection getting messy HELP! sorry so long

I co-signed for a car for my father in Sept 02 and in Oct 02 they called and said that a check has bounced and now a payment is late and "they were comming to get the car". so my father stop paying on it. now when we got the loan we had to give 10 refrences so they call every single one of them everyday and one call i personally heard on my mother in laws machine and the lady said i am try to get a hold of nik or her father for a collection on their car! and then today the got a hold of my land lord and told him we are in default of payment and i need to call ASAP! One thing that get s me is i just moved in this house and they called a man that don't know anything about me or my fathers name on top of that and told him that. so i have a few questions 1 can they garnish my hubbys wages because of a debt i owe his name wasn't even on it and we were seperated at the time. 2 i work a small job only making 350 a month will they try to garnish that 3 what can i do to get them to stop calling everyone and telling them my business. 4 what happens if i get a judgemt and don't pay it. i don't care about my credit because i just filed bankrupcy last year and found out that i have left out debts that total more then this car so this car on there is not a big thing to me. sorry this is so long!!!!
