We all go through life with our individual reports. If the debt is joint or cosigned it will show up on each parties report regardless of marital status. Your mother should know that creditors are not bound by divorce decrees.
As to the bk issue, she should send the CRA's a letter with a copy of her drivers liscense with the birthdate circled and say the bk's are not mine. Send the letter CRRR.
