Pretty much all letters mention a judgement as it is just standard to put it in. That does not mean there is a judgement against you. Find why chats SOL letter, send it out certified and insert your info in, and that is the end. If they sue you then you can easily beat them and countersue even for various things. I am just surprised this is not scamco calling but I guess they do not own the whole sol debt field.
