Bipolar, thank you very much for your comments. What I need to ask is what do I tell the creditor for our reason of non-payment should our bankruptcy be contested by them. Like you, I would rather not have my illness a matter of public record but they may want to know why I am unable to work. Did you have any large debts like ours when you filed, and were they fairly recent debts? Thanks very much for your help and I appreciate the imput.
