Anyone ever heard of a CA called Coldata. I got a nasty letter from them, actually was sent to the address I lived at 6 years ago. This is an old Chase Mastercard account. Its supposed to come off in October of this year. They are saying their efforts to collect the debt have been "in vain" and they will not give up until they are satisfied. Should I send a cease and desist?
