I live in Ohio, and the last payment was made approximately in August of 1996. The account was charged off by Chase. I noticed about a year ago on my credit report that this debt is listed twice, with a discrepancy regarding the last activity. Its a month apart, which doesn't make sense to me. I disputed it, but never heard back from Equifax. Coldata was not listed as the CA, it was listed under Norwest.
