Much appreciated, i will keep the evidence handy and won't introduce them until asked for it. I keep hearing that for SOL the burden of proof is on the defendant. Can you give me a good resource where I can find the SOL for NJ that will be accepted by court? Different websites give me different years (4 or 6). Thanks.
