This Sadler character is likely an attorney who works for Ravenwood. Its also likely that PCM has sold your account to Ravenwood.

If you look at a Circuit City agreement, you'll find that they considered it all 'secured'. So if you bought a TV or camcorder, they keep a 'secured interest' in that item. However, most of this kind of thing is soooo beatable. Being 'secured' by goods that have a huge deprecitation rate is pretty stupid.
