an intent to sue Letter. I need help to do all this,as I am no genious. This Board is how I've gotten this far. As I said in my posts previously they have changed last activity dates. On same credit report Spiegel has a last activity of8/96. (Which ED Combs said is not what they are allowed to do (by the way thanks for posting his name). And thats even if they are assignees orbad debt buyers or just ca's. I also have an older cr that has a last payment date even if charge off wasn't reported till 9/98 it lists last payment. EDCOMBS cosidering class action suit against Midland in case anyone is interested. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide me.
