The original contract for your car loan was written. However, that contract became null and void when it was repo'd, so it would revert to an open-ended contract SOL, which LONG AGO ran out. Besides that, there is an SOL for collecting on a deficiency for a repo, seems to be 2 years in most states. Either way, its a dead debt !
