I am not sure what CSC stands for but their tactics appear similar. These scammers operate under variuos guises and are prone to relocate frequently. Usually they share some connection in operation. My correspondence w/CAMCO uses only PO Box addresses and in the letter they list an IL box and a Houston, TX box return address.

If nothing else, check the BBB website, it will direct you to the state, city in which the Co. claims operation. Good Luck!
