Thanks to this great site i hope to be on my way to credit recovery. you guys have saved me a TON of money! Thanks. My question is.... Almost all of my negative info will be off in about 1 year due to the 7 year expiration. Most of these are old CC debts. Should I start rebuilding now (with secured cards or loans)or will this give my bad creditors proof in court i can pay. The SOL is up on all of them. (i live in illinois) is there any reason i should wait to start rebuilding?? thanks again.
