Wat until you report is CLEAN, then start slowly, perhaps where you bank, by applying for a cc through them, or a local store like a building supply store or some other CONSERVATIVE type of retailer, (no electronic or clothing store)

You will start to have the offers come to YOU, don't settle for sub prime secured high interest, wait for the good offers, even if they have low initial limits.
