Yes, we think most of them are owed- they are
a couple of charges that should have been payed by insurance. But, all
the CA sent for validation was dates-of-service.
She said it wasn't possible to provide anything
more specific- yeah right. My Mom just panicked,
and set up a payment agreement. I think this
CA has a lot of violations:
Threatening to garnish without judgement
Failure to validate
Filing multiple reports
AND, CA tried to collect one of these co-pays
from me when I was a student on Mom's insurance.
So, they are trying to collect from 2 people
on the same debt- I disputed because I knew
the amount was wrong, and wasn't going to pay
this CA a dime. Should my Mom sue the CA?
