Sir, I have never made any contact whatsoever, either to the OC, or to this upstanding award winning CA. Letters were filed in the obiquitous circular file, and the answering machine obligingly screened their merciless pleadings. Account is definitely beyond SOL. Premptive strike by sending an SOL letter, or validation letter, or wait to see if they'll attempt their legal bluff?? Your suggestion appreciated.
