Well, around 3 days after the "This is the AmEx Legal Dept, you must call by noon as we are getting ready to make a decision about your account", my wife, today, received a voicemail at her work stating, " is a deadbeat". Please remember, that this is after a C&D letter (green card received today) and after my wife told NCO not to call her at work due to her employer's rules. Instead of getting me upset, I found myself lauging. How funny and childish! I have never even been able to discuss payment arrangement with these people as they never stop yelling on the phone. How does anyone every accomplish anything with them? It is my hope that my local CCCS is able to deal with them. They did not seem to think it would be a problem at my initial visit.
