I am being sued in Ca for a past cc debt that is past SOL. Once I received the summons, I submitted an Answer to the court using Why Chat's SOL info. At the time I submitted it to the court they set a date for a Case Managemet Conference. I sent this info to the CAs attorney, CRRR, which they still have not picked up. In the meantime, I get a Priority Mail package from the attorney, containing Interrogatories and a Request for Admissions. They are only stamped "copy" and nothing indicated they were submitted to the court. Is this something I HAVE to answer or only voluntarily? I'd prefer not to if I'm not obligated by law.
