whychat, yes, i sent them a cease and desist with my validation letter. the only reason i sent them a validation letter is because based on my records, the amount they quoted was far off and outrageous that is why i asked them to show me where they got the numbers/information. whychat, through reading the forum, i thought that sending them a validation letter will help in getting rid of them....oh gosh, now, am i really in trouble? where do i get information on filing an affidavit of exemptions with the court in case they sue? thank you for taking time to answer my plights.
