I received a collection letter from NRS for an AT&T Wireless bill. This was a bill that I thought I had listed on my bankruptcy. The letter was an offer to settle for half. I sent your settlement letter to get signatures, etc and did not receive anything in return. Thirty days later, I sent a validation letter along with c&D. On the 29th day after they signed for that, I received a letter from NRS & Associates informing me that they were asked to represent AT&T Wireless in regards to the aforementioned indebtedness and informyou of your current account status. All collection efforts closed and ceased, but there was not any validatino information inclosed. Five days later.. boom another collection letter from NRS offering first offer to settle, but still not signatures.

I'm at a loss on where to go now. They obviously aren't going to validate or send an agreement on paying the offer. Should I send letter to NRS & Associates with copy of post C&D collection letter?
