CA sued me...now judge has granted my discovery motion and has ordered my request for info and docs be produced within 30 days ( I also have sent them interrogatories and RFA). Included in my motion was request to produce ALL statements with charges and pmts. and agreements between CA and OC, and CA and atty...I cant wait to see those.
Now, i am sending this order to atty. Can anyone give me a GOOD opening paragraph to go with the letter with this order so that I make it clear that I am going to hold them for contempt if they dont produce (whychat thanks)the info and docs.
Also, they answered my counterclaim with more than five (flimsy and funny)affirmative defenses and the last straw, the stupid CA (referenced below in other posts) changed the amount in my CR month AFTER the case started. What idiots...:-)
