I just wanted to let you know, Scott, that I have a letter from them that in one point they admit to pulling my credit report for collection purposes and mind you they did this after recieving my validation request. Which to me says they did not stop collection activity once validation was requested and then after admitting that, which is what I accused them of, they actually said that if I bring them to court they will claim it frivilous. No brains I say. They handed me the case in a nice red bow.
