If the Orignal Creditor (Household Auto Finance) sold my account to asset acceptance, can Household still pull or do inquirys on my creidt report? HHAF claims to have sold my account to asset in Jan 2002, but HHAF pulled my cr in March 2002. I wonder if HHAF had the right to do this? If HHAF was pulling on the basis of being my creditor, would that give me evidence that asset was not the holder of the account during March of 2002? I ask the question because asset took me to court in March of 2002 and got a default judgement against me. If HHAF was still pulling, wouldn't that mean asset had no grounds for judement?
