Yes, get into your time machine and go back before you stated you "couldn't pay" and were going to "declare BK". That conversation is now entered into their system, so any hope you had of getting your % reduced after 6 months of no lates is probably down the drain. Cut down on something else, pay more every month, pay it down, don't be late and PERHAPS you can try again in 6 months of perfect payments to get it reduced.
