Okay, if we decided to file BK and wanted to do it to relieve all of our unsecured ccs, do we have to pay them off over 3-5 years or will they just go away after the bK is discharged??

Should we wait and see if we get sued? I've heard Citibank sues. It was just charged off 12/02. around $2600

MBNA sold the acct to NCO who I heard doesn't sue, so what do you think the chances are of them not?? around $3700

I'm sure that Wachovia/First USA/Bank One will probably sue since the amount is so high $9000. Can they keep changing who your account is with? It was orginally with Wachovia and then it went to FU, the last statement said Bank One.

I'm just uncertain what to do right now. Do you wait and see if you are sued and then do it?

Sorry so many questions, I haven't talked to anyone about them and neither has he so I'm not sure how fast creditors sue you. I just want to be ready.

Also, how much does filing BK cost??
