I live in Georgia. The sol for cc is 4 yeaars for contracts is 6 years but I can't tell if it is a cc or contract. I filled out a cc application for the best buy account but never got a statement or a cc in the mail. The second laywer confused me. He thinks it is a contract.( remeber he hasn't seen any of my documents ie. credit report )
