No to all of the above, however my reports show that a few of these have been sold., have not answered any of the call i have received. One said they had filed a complaint, #000000 in the name of my county...never responded to them. I don't know what they meant by having filed a complaint and the number. however I have never received anything from the county.so I dont know. But my real issue is..if I were sued for judgement is there anything special in negotiating with them prior to judgement being issued that I should specifically try to include for my own protection...thanks
