I thought that I should include my DL and SS so they could see that the name on the cc was incorrect. what exactly is credit net? Once I send them the letter, how long will it take for my credit report to come out clean. I am just worried that I will not be able to get my mortgage. But you are definately right I feel like they are in complete control and I am being bullied.
