This account was not a business account just a regular customer/consumer acct. It was classified as an Open Account on my CR. Why did you mean when you said it should fall under the FDCPA? Is their possibly some sort of violation here on the part of this CA? Sure wish their could be because this is the CC that I owe the most money on although it only got to be so ridiculously high in the past three years because the OC kept adding on late fee and over-the-limit fees for about six-nine months after I stopped using the card.
After it was sold to this CA, it really went up sky-high.
