Thank you. I will start on this today, file papers by Tuesday. I have a few more questions..sorry I have never even been in a courthouse, they freaked my 14 yr old daughter, served the papers on her. Should I take my name off my joint acct. my husband had direct depostit. There is not much left after paying bills but it does go in every week. The house and 1 car(making payments/son's car) are the only thing in both our names. My car and his (older cars) are paid for and in his name only. He is not named in suit. I only work 30 hours a week, according to garnishment terms only $20.00 week can be taken, should I just offer this as payment?
