Along those lines - I realize that a judgment can't be validated, but Asset keeps sending us offers to settle on this account! Besides the fact that we paid an original settlement back in 2000 and then they filed a judgment (I'm getting a copy of the cancelled check from the title company that processed our mortgage). I just LOOOOOOOVVVVEEE Asset Acceptance!
