First: The returned summons will show you where they found your ex-husband.

Second; Call the library reference section. They have books that can look up addressess and give you the phone numbers (listed) of all who live at that address.

If that fails, try the phone books and the internet searches.

I put in a call to find it if it would be (a) legal and (b) ethical for the lawyer to represent both of you. Since this is only a monetary dispute, it might be ok as you both have the same interests.
