This account is mine so the cease and desist validation dispute letter isn't any good is it?

I had this account with a CCCC but the FTC shut them down - waiting for the case to go to court to see if I get any of my money back from them - if I do then I'd be able to settle some of these accounts but until then or next May (2004) I don't have any money.

There is no "come off" date listed on my credit report - states charge off - collection as of 3/2001 - 9/2001. I would guess this wouldn't come off until 3/2008 (SOL would be 3/2007 correct). I owe I think they said over $7,000.00 or something like that.
